Andrew Maurer was born in Findlay, OH. He received a BFA in drawing and printmaking from the University of Toledo and an MFA in printmaking from Indiana University. His artwork can be found in numerous public and private collections. He currently works as the Interactive Media Coordinator in the Imaging Center at Smith College in Northampton, MA. He lives in New Salem, MA, with his partner Zara and son Simon.
